EU/UK Representatives: appointment in progress, notice will be updated when complete
Sub-processors disclosed: OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Paddle.com, Resend
Health data (allergies, dietary restrictions, pregnancy) processed only with explicit Article 9 GDPR consent
Account deletion: 30-day soft-delete grace period, then permanent erasure
Retention periods: 13 months for AI prompts and usage data, 10 years for billing data (Paddle)
Cookie banner: two-option model (Accept / Only essential) on first visit; non-essential analytics load only after explicit Accept; choice persisted in localStorage and re-openable via the "Cookies" link in the footer
