1. 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/UK/Swiss consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the start of the contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to withdraw. Email hello@savera.kitchen with your account email and the words "I withdraw" within 14 days. We will refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Important — consent to immediate performance. At checkout, you will be asked to tick a box reading:
"I expressly request that Savera begin providing the subscription service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, I will lose my right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU."
If you tick this box and use the service during the 14-day window, we may reduce your refund proportionally for the portion used. If you do not tick the box, you receive a full refund regardless of use.
2. No-questions-asked 14-day promise (worldwide)
Beyond the legal minimum, we offer all customers worldwide a full refund within 14 days of their first charge, no questions asked. Email hello@savera.kitchen. This 14-day promise applies regardless of how long you used the 7-day free trial before subscribing.
3. Cancellation after 14 days
If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day window, your subscription continues until the end of the current paid period (no refund for the unused time), except where local law requires pro-rata refunds.
4. What we cannot refund
- Add-on usage credits already consumed (for example, individual AI generations beyond your plan limit)
- Third-party fees charged by Paddle or your card issuer (currency conversion, etc.) are non-refundable by us — contact your bank
5. Chargebacks
Please contact hello@savera.kitchen first — a refund is faster than a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us, we may suspend your account pending investigation and may dispute the chargeback with documentary evidence.
